Event/Course Fee: Select this option if you wish to pay by cheque or you require an invoice prior to payment.
Early Bird/Payment with Booking Fee: Select this option if you are able to pay by BACs or credit/debit card before the cut-off date or at the time of making the booking.
Discount/Partner Fee: Select this option if you qualify for a discount or partner rate fee.
Please note, whichever option you select, the booking is not complete until payment has been received. Once payment has been received you will be sent your event/course joining instructions and a VAT invoice as confirmation.
Event/Course Cancellation Policy
The Board Plus event/course booking system is provided by Zynap Hosting Limited.
Places on events/courses are limited and we therefore operate a cancellation policy regarding refunds and transfers. Once you have received confirmation of your place on the event/course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation more than three weeks before the event/course date.
Written notification of cancellation can be sent via email to email@example.com or by post to Zynap Hosting Ltd, 84 Steamship House, Gas Ferry Road, Bristol BS1 6GL. For bookings cancelled more than three weeks before the event/course, delegates will be able to change the date of their booking free-of-charge, or 100% of the fees that have been paid will be refunded. For bookings cancelled three weeks or less before the event, no refund will be made other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the event/course leader.
Please note that for bookings made three weeks or less before the event/course, the event/course fee will be non-refundable, other than in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the event/course leader. In the event of a cancellation made three weeks or less before an event, applicants will be able to book on a further event/course for an additional fee. This fee is non-refundable should the delegate then choose to cancel this booking. No refund will be made for non-attendance on the event/course.
In the event of cancellation of an event/course by Zynap Hosting (trading as Board Plus), we will endeavour to inform all participants at least two weeks before the event/course is due to take place, although please be aware that this is not always possible. In such an event, all event/course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, but we are unable to reimburse any other costs that may be incurred, such as flights or accommodation.
In the event that dates have to be changed by Zynap Hosting (trading as Board Plus), delegates may request a full refund if the new dates are not convenient.
